Unauthorized Use Prohibited
Unauthorized use, imitation, reproduction, adaptation, or representation of the Clock That Care brand — including the name, logos, colors, and voice — without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities Include
- Using "Clock That Care" or a confusingly similar name for another product, service, page, or account
- Reproducing the logo, wordmark, or brand imagery outside of authorized promotional context
- Suggesting sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without permission
- Registering domain names, social handles, or trademarks that could be confused with ours
Trademark Status
The ™ symbol is used throughout the Platform where appropriate to indicate our claim of trademark rights in the name and marks pending or in support of a federally registered trademark.
