- Videos
- Lessons
- PDFs and downloads
- Graphics and illustrations
- Journal prompts
- Games and quiz content
- Training materials
- Educational resources
- Website content and copy
- Branding, logos, and visual identity
What Members May Do
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view Platform content for their own personal, non-commercial learning while their membership is active.
What Members May Not Do
Members may not, without prior written permission:
- Copy or reproduce Platform content
- Record videos, audio, or screen captures for redistribution
- Screenshot content for distribution
- Upload Platform content to other websites, apps, or services
- Sell, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content
- Share login credentials or access with any other person
- Distribute Platform materials in any medium (printed, digital, verbal recording, etc.)
- Use Platform content to train machine-learning or AI models
Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership, forfeiture of access, and legal action, including takedown requests and claims for damages.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or if you observe unauthorized distribution of Clock That Care content, contact legal@clockthatcare.com.
